  • PRICING:
    • Competitive to existing rates
    • fees break-out example:
      • Total you pay as a CRA/Retailer: $5.50
        • $4.00: price applied to your order (Order Service Profile (OSP))
          1. you set the max amount you will pay
          2. for Early Access, we require you to set your OSP to $4.00
            1. you will be permitted to change this January 2025
        • $1.50: CCI Service Fee (to cover CCI costs…note below)
      • CCI costs:
        1. $4.00: payment to Affiliate for field research (this is a pass-through)
        2. $1.50: CCI’s internal processing cost categories (to inform the CCI Service Fee):
          1. central processing fee (we partner with select existing wholesalers for this work)
            1. this permits controlled over-sight of field research and applied business rules
          2. application run costs
  • SERVICING:
    • TAT: 2 business days
    • order submission via: online form
      • allows multiple orders to be submitted, for one person of interest, with one click
      • APIs (platform to platform integration) shall follow
    • completed order report via: online form + print to paper/file option
      • APIs (platform to platform integration) shall follow
  • INVOICING:
    • frequency: monthly; net 15
    • delivery: email
    • included: high-level summary, and access to high-level order listing
  • ONBOARDING:
    • begins: October 21, 2024
    • user/company account creation:
      • takes a few minutes; the user creating the company account will default to the ‘SuperAdmin’ for the company account (can be changed later)
        • during Early Access, only one user per company
        • post Early Access, the SuperAdmin shall be able to invite more users
